Assia El Mouden, QA/QP Engineer in the quality teamqualité

21 January 2025 Assia El Mouden, QA/QP Engineer in the quality teamqualité

Originally from Morocco, my background is in management. After a scientific baccalaureate in Physical Sciences, I continued with a BTS in Sales Management, followed by a professional degree in Commerce and Quality. I then specialized in the field of Quality, obtaining a Master’s degree in Quality Engineering and Management (IMQ), followed by a M2 in Quality and Project Management (MQP).

During my studies, I had the opportunity to carry out several internships, where I contributed to the implementation of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 28000 and ISO 39001.
In 2022, I joined Capgemini as a quality engineer, where I acquired AP (Product Assurance) skills in the automotive sector. This first experience made me want to consolidate my knowledge of PA in projects.
In 2023, I moved to France to pursue an M2 (MQP) sandwich course. I had the opportunity to do this sandwich course at Paris Observatory, where I was able to develop new skills in Quality Management and AP, under the supervision of Madame DE FRONDAT (the unit’s Quality and AP Manager). I thus contributed to maintaining ISO 9001 certification and took part in the AP activities of the CTA-SST project.
My work-study placement in a research environment was an incredibly enriching experience, as part of a close-knit team always ready to help each other. This experience has led me to continue my career at Paris Observatory as a QA/PA engineer, where I put the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired so far to good use.

Outside work, I’m passionate about board games and travelling. These activities fuel my thinking and my competitive spirit, and enable me to discover new cultures.
